Amanda’s passion for real estate began after being elected as house manager for Alpha Xi Delta sorority at West Virginia University, where she graduated with a BA in communications. After graduation she returned to her hometown area outside of Washington DC and began a career in property management. Raquel is a native of Costa Rica with NY roots whose career began in the entertainment industry as a teenager. After several record deals, bands and numerous television appearances Raquel decided to shift her focus on creating her own business refinishing vintage furniture. With a keen eye for finding unique pieces Raquel was able to revive these classics. Hi my name is Robert Herrick and I have been in Real Estate since 2017. I have been in sales all my life. I believe that honesty and communication are the most important part of any relationship. I grew up in California and went to college at Indiana University where I studied International Business and International Studies. I also studied at City University in Hong Kong where I lived for several months. I have lived all over the LA area: as far south as Palos Verdes, as far west as Santa Monica, as far north as North Hollywood and as far East as Highland Park.
